Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our employees, guests and property through observing and reporting, video surveillance and access control protocol.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Monitor and authorize access of employees, contractors, visitors and vehicles onto property
o Patrol property regularly to maintain a secure environment
o Respond to and investigate an array of incidents, accidents and suspicious activity
o Monitor and respond to a number of alarms and technical systems
o Operate multi-channel radio system and assign priority to incoming calls
o Receive and respond to a wide variety of emergency and non-emergency calls
o Other duties may be assigned
o Regular and predictable attendance
Qualifications and Requirements:

o Previous experience and working knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, radio communication systems and parking control systems.
o Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work long hours, including overnights, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
o Ability to resolve and de-escalate conflict management situations and enhance customer service experience in an event setting.
o Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with an ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and adapt to change.
o Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. College course work/or commensurate experience in Criminal Justice or similar field preferred.
