This day-long event is designed for African American males entering high school (9th grade) to excel in their education and set their life up for success. This summit introduces young men to community leaders and highly successful African American professionals via motivational workshops. See More
Through mentorship and community service opportunities, the young people of the Whitney Young Academy will be prepared with communication and decision-making skills to be future leaders within the community. See more
Excessive absenteeism and truancy can be incredibly detrimental to a student’s academic success. To combat these problems, Urban League of Nebraska created Youth Attendance Navigators to work with students ages 12-18 in middle and high school who have records of poor attendance and have been/are at risk to be reported for truancy.
