We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and customer-focused individual to help us achieve our company goals and fulfill our mission as a Pricing Analyst. If you have experience in the industry or logistics as well as customer service experience and want to be a part of a fun, fast-paced, family-oriented, women-owned company.
The Pricing Analyst will perform pricing and proposal work for new and current business as well as analyze the profitability of current operations. Prepare formal requests for proposals (RFPs) and daily spot bids while determining competitive pricing to gain market share and achieve revenue goals. Analyze data from multiple sources, develop pricing efficiencies, and collaborate with sales, operations, and carrier solutions teams.
The ideal candidate should have:
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, computer science, or a similar field is required.
A minimum of two years of experience in a pricing analyst role or similar role is preferred.
Work experience in transportation, brokerage, or asset pricing is required.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and web-based applications; proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of APIs, SQL, automation workflows, and IT background is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication along with exceptional customer service.
Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Self-starter with the ability to stay organized and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
