Since 1989, The African American Leadership Awards have provided a platform that recognizes and acknowledges the exemplary leadership within our community.
The Urban League of Nebraska’s mission of empowering communities and changing lives is made possible by our programs and by lifting our community leaders. Our AALA honorees have achieved milestones that make our community healthy, strong, and vibrant.
