Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 Salary

The Job:

The primary objective of this position is to provide efficiency, and support of, all processes relevant to the operation of the Revenue Team at Buildertrend. This will include a wide range of topics but will primarily involve department and individual day to day workflows, identifying/documenting new processes, updating/creating reports/metrics for the team, transfers in Salesforce, automation in Salesforce, and collaborating in a team environment to help ensure all systems are working properly. Additionally, this position will be responsible for being our department expert on the functionality and integration of all software used by the BT Go-To-Market Team. This individual will use their expertise to make sound operational recommendations to the management team and help the department make informed decisions, operate efficiently, and achieve its goals.

What You Will Do:

Build system workflows within Salesforce or other relevant technology to drive scale
Become an expert on everything Salesforce at Buildertrend.
Current Certified Salesforce Administrator, or plan to complete & pass Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam in first year.
Ensure the systems in place meet the needs of our growing organization, and recommend additional tools as needed.
Identify new processes to increase automation and efficiency across the floor.
Ensure all processes are well documented and maintained up to date
Collaborate with all Orgs at Buildertrend to proactively identify gaps, needs, and propose solutions across processes, systems, metrics, and data.

Who You Are and What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years in Salesforce Experience preferred.
