VOTED BEST PLACE TO WORK IN OMAHA FOR SEVERAL YEARS!

Are you looking for the chance to be an essential part in someone’s rehabilitation and recovery?  Do you want to work with a positive team that helps you achieve goals and celebrates your success? Do you want to face different challenges every day and utilize your strengths to solve them?

QLI is a national leader in providing a comprehensive approach to the therapeutic process of a person who is recovering from the effects of a spinal cord or traumatic brain injury.  We are a passionate and mission-focused team committed to delivering life-changing rehabilitation and care. It’s not about titles at QLI--we value our people, our creativity, our results, our Mission.

Come join the team that supports your personal and professional growth—become who you are meant to be!

Position Summary:

As a Teacher's Aide, you are essential in preparing our residents for their lives after rehab. Your day-to-day interactions will vary and no two days are alike—one day you might help someone with grocery shopping and the next day you will help a resident learn how to prepare a meal for a family gathering. Other activities might include assisting with college registration, navigating options for new equipment, or helping a resident publish a book. This is not a position where you just check a box and do the same thing for every resident--together you help mold their recovery and revive their purpose after they leave.  This is an exciting and unique opportunity!
