Job Description:

As a member of our highly collaborative, results-driven team, associates are encouraged to support end-users' technical experience through our Help Desk Support team by responding to technical support ticket requests, providing maintenance to hardware systems, and auditing current technical support in place.

In our fast-paced environment, no day is the same, but here is what a typical day at the office might look like:

Physical maintenance / organization of technical support storage locations
Process and validate assets and hardware for work from home (WFH) return
Imaging and training of systems for deployment to end users
Written documentation for standard processes for training & development
Complete auditing of physical hardware / inventory management
Processing Audit Controls for various systems: Badge access, Active Directory & Floor Seating Software
Hands-on training with our senior IT Help Desk associates for project assignments
Other projects as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

Students pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, MIS, information technology, or similar field.


Expectations:

Basic Hardware & Software troubleshooting skills
Proven experience as a collaborative team player
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Must be available to work during business hours


Additional Information:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

This position will require you to have the ability to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as copier and fax machines.

You will be responsible for conducting business and personal affairs in a manner that is always a credit to the company. Must maintain a good credit rating while employed with the company.
