Position Summary
Performs Entry level workstation support for the College of Public Health including the installation and troubleshooting of workstations, research software and all associated hardware platforms. Assist with scheduling of recordings and broadcasts for the learning environments and with managing and updating web-based content for the college. Performs system administration duties for server platform including vendor application assistance to assist and resolve application and/or customer issues.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Computer Science, Information Management Systems or related field

Required Experience 2 years

Required Computer Applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft virtualization platforms, script based automation, Active Directory GPO management, Windows imaging and deployment and strong customer service mindset.
