Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) manages CHI Health Center Omaha Convention Center & Arena and TD Ameritrade Park Omaha and we’re looking for event staff team members. Event staff are part-time, casual employees who provide customer service and assistance to our guests. Hours vary according to event schedules. Available positions include:
Usher/Ticket Taker: This position involves assisting guests during events by scanning tickets and locating seats. You’ll be expected to become familiar with the seating plans of the facilities and be able to direct guests. You must be at least 16 years old to apply.
Crowd Manager: This position oversees crowd movement during events and functions as event security. You’ll be expected to become familiar with all facility policies and procedures, including prohibited items. Crowd Managers work at a variety of different posts to ensure the safety of all guests, clients, and staff. You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
