QLI (Quality Living, Inc.) is a private, nonprofit corporation that was founded in 1987. QLI’s mission has been to deliver life-changing rehabilitation and care for individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other severe physical disability. A successful new member on our residential team will be collaborative while consistently being driven to learn. You will assist in daily cares and therapies for residents. A successful candidate will be invested in others, optimistic, and have the ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasks. As a C.N.A., you will be an essential member of our team that is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to pass a physical fitness test. Certified to work as a C.N.A. in the state of Nebraska. We will train the right candidate, if not already certified.
