Compensation: $38,000-$60,000 (base + bonus opportunity)

Buildertrend is looking for ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing Sales Team as Business Development Representatives. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and initiating the sales cycle with potential Buildertrend clients. Successful Business Development Representatives are competitive, motivated by results, and are passionate about sales and the solution we provide our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity for those who seek individual recognition and offers opportunities for advancement in a team-based environment.

What You Will Do:
Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
Reach or exceed performance metrics on calls, meetings, and sales.
Achieve both individual and team goals.
Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities and drive sales.
Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
Execute lead generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales
Who You Are and What You Need:
Sales experience preferred.
