Perform operations to produce and deliver custom Cabinets. Works at different workstations to learn a variety of products and machines.


Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Read and interpret shop drawings and prints to produce or assemble cabinets or high grated furniture
Cuts and shapes wood components by determining appropriate methods for cutting, shaping and assembling parts
Operating equipment such as power saws, planers, sanders, and jointers, measuring and making materials, verifying dimensions, trimming and using hand tools
Ensures that assembled items meets specific quality and specification
Trim, sand, scrape surfaces or joints to prepare product for finishing
Perform quality checks on materials for defects or damages
Delivery of finished products from manufacturing site to jobsites that include residential and commercial
Understands and observes all safety procedures & practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned


High School Diploma or GED
Tape measure experience
Previous experience in construction/woodworking environment with a variety of hand and power tools to cut, saw, staples and nail gun
Minimum of 1-year driving and delivery experience
Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) experience a plus

Other Requirements

Must have or obtain DOT certification and valid, unrestricted driver’s license
Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
Work morning/evening hours during week and required weekends and overtime
 Maintenance of regular attendance

Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
Basic math & measurement skills
Comprehend and follow instructions communicated in written, oral and diagram form
Ability to concentrate and attend to detail amidst busy work environment
Ability to work as an individual and as a team to meet productions goals
Willing to obtain other training if deemed necessary in performance of responsibilities and continuing education.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Work is in a warehouse setting and may be performed within a production environment, subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, mechanical parts, increased noise levels and dust
Have clear, close vision for reading, measurements, assembly of parts and visual acuity to operate power tools
Repetitive motion of the wrists, hands and or fingers
Perform activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials
Job may require reaching at or above shoulder level and below waist
Must be able to safely squat, bend, climb, lift/carry up to 75 lbs., push/pull up to 70 lbs.
Grasp, talk, hear, standing/walk for prolonged periods
Reaching at or above shoulder level and below waist and have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment
