Job description:
Coordinate strategic use externally gathered data and institutional survey and performance data to produce robust and regularly updated strategic diversity data dashboards useful to units across campus for all constituents (faculty, staff, students, alumni, families, suppliers, event attendance, etc.).
Connect institutional data to relevant national, state, and regional data for all constituents including to comparison groups of similar institutions. Conduct regular equity studies on access and achievement. Develop robust retention studies and satisfaction with engagement with UNO. Support analysis for grants and fundraising with outcomes and accountability. Produce unit-level reports for internal use of twenty DEAI units, building on AAP and additional data supplied above. Conduct focus groups and follow up for all identified disparities and track progress/results. Build data gathering into all regular surveys. Conduct exit interviews across constituencies and for all 15 anti-discrimination groups. Support UNO participation in national DEAI prizes, awards, and organizations. Coordinate with institutional effectiveness unit.
