Summary:

 Assist with administrative tasks and coordinating facility operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including cleaning, maintenance, change overs, and repairs
Request/receive quotes, enter purchase orders, receive items & upload supporting documents
Responsible for all shipping & receiving. Which includes log all deliveries, notifying recipient of arrival, and secure delivery until received by/signed for by the recipient
Oversee operations ticketing program, distribute/assign work order request, provide updates, and close out when completed. 
Order office supplies for the company
Keep event station up to date for operations staff
Enter schedules, coding, and review employees’ timecards in Kronos
Track annual budget and send out monthly budget reminders to appropriate departments.
Assist with setting up preventative maintenance for equipment
Keep accurate records and maintenance of facility radios
Route event medical time sheets after events
Create and maintain the practice schedule for Creighton Basketball
Enter exhibitor orders for trade shows, process payments and solve discrepancies
Assist in reviewing applications, phone screening and scheduling interviews for new hires
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Degree in Facility Management or similar work experience
Strong customer service skills.
Good attention to detail.
