Job description:

Monday through Friday 9:00-5:30 $19-20/hr.

EXPECTATIONS: The role of Customer Care is to provide excellent service to our customers, to assist the other members of the team and general office duties. Must be reliable and ready to work.

Major Responsibilities , this includes, but is not limited to the following:

Phone Calls.
Filing, mailings, cash drawer, billing etc.
Scheduling Appointments
Monitor schedules
Warranty Claims
Communication
Reports and Records
General
Associated Duties:
Phone Calls
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct the call to the appropriate department.
Filing, Mailing, Billing, etc.
File all documents in appropriate folders as required
mail documents as requested.
Invoicing service & prep jobs in a timely manner.
Scheduling Appointments
Schedule Appointments for a team of Prep technicians.
Work diligently to create a cohesive & time efficient schedule. Alerting the builders when their prep is scheduled. Keeping Agility expected dates accurate.
Monitoring Schedules
Keep a close eye on the technician’s schedule. Looking for inconsistencies or any issues that may arise.
Ability to troubleshoot and move around appointments to produce the most effective and efficient schedule.
Warranty Claims
Submit warranty claims for any parts that are within the manufacturer’s warranty time frame.
Communication
Communicate with the technicians, builder supervisors, homeowners, etc. daily to ensure expedient service.
Communicate internally with co-workers about scheduling, filing, warranty claims, etc.
Reports and Records
Making sure to record all pertinent information in the scheduling software and any other systems used at the time of employment.
General
Perform any other duties not specifically stated here which may be assigned by the Department Manager.
Keep the Customer Care Manager informed on a timely basis of anything that could affect the company’s operation and profitability.
Be able to back up the other Customer Care Associates.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Excellent customer service skills, friendly and helpful
Computer experience
Knowledge of a switchboard phone system
Dependable, punctual, and solid time management skills
Able to multi-task & prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail and Service Oriented.
Possess a Positive Attitude and be a Team Player.
