SEH is currently searching for a talented Senior Architectural Designer to join our Architecture Group! This position would ideally be located within our Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, or Kansas markets. Qualified candidates from other states may be considered, depending on skills and experience.

What you will be doing:
Work with architects and project managers to develop designs and concept drawings into accurate construction documents
Produce and coordinate construction drawings with multiple disciplines utilizing Revit and AutoCAD software
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Assist with construction administration tasks, including shop drawing review
Associate Degree in Architectural Technology, Architectural Drafting & Design, or related field
A minimum of five (5) years of experience drafting and modeling municipal, industrial, commercial and retail building projects primarily using Revit software; utilizing autocad file import / export processes
Must possess an in-depth understanding of architectural building systems
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Ability to lead construction document coordination efforts on multi-discipline design projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organization and time management skills
Self-directed and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working for an architectural firm
Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience drafting and modeling municipal, water/wastewater, industrial, commercial and retail building projects
Understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud workflow to facilitate project collaboration
Experience developing design documents, such as 3D renderings and presentation plans and images is desirable but not required
